Before he worked in business and technology, he studied wildlife ecology. That experience gave him an enduring perspective: organizations are living systems. The best ones adapt intelligently, evolving their technology, structure, and strategy together.

Today, he leads Navialte, a consulting practice that helps companies grow with purpose and precision. He partners with private equity firms, enterprise leaders, and ambitious founders to unlock value at the intersection of strategy, technology, and organizational design.
